BetterBonds is a herbal shop located near Hussaini bridge, Gojal, Hunza Valley, Pakistan. It is owned by Mss Rmala Aalam, aka Ramla Akar. On September 16, 2019, the same text was published on both pages: first publication and second publication. These reviews did not received proper business comments according to Facebook community policies. Instead they resulted, mostly, in unsupported attacks "ad personam". The discusion is presented below. It is evidenced with the screen captures presented in exhibit 2.

Bernard Grua doesn't recommend BetterBonds: Natural Products for Joy & Wellbeing.
Because part of the offer is selling medicine from this page. It is dangerous, the person doing so has no qualifications and no medical diplomas. In many countries, it would lead to a mandatory shut down of the business for practising illegal medicine. May be, Facebook does not consider it as false news? May be, it is OK with Pakistan law? I don't know. However, when I see medical consultations are sold here, when I see that cancer or diabetes packs are sold on this page, I ask the question: "what happens if a client drops his/her normal treatment to rely on Better Bonds «medications» and gets irremediable health damages or die for un-proper care?"

While attempts to do so happen, fortunately our country is not yet under full control of the military-industrial-pharmaceutical complex of which you yourself are a spawn... and no wonder you feel increasingly desolate and desperate in a world where people no longer take patriarchy's order like you once took orders from a war machine.

Ha ha you truly tried to cover your a$$ by saying "I am myself a fan but these things shouldn't be sold online". Are you sure? And should I let my Hunza and Gojal suppliers, to whom I am a source of income,know what you are up to?? Even though you claim to be a friend of Hunza people?
Dear Mr. Bernard Grua there are indeed kaws pertaining to medical claims... However #FoodAsDiet is a long-standing Muslim and Pakistani tradition and the laws are in gray zone..since it's practially a Pakistani national sport to mention health benefits of even a fruit.
SECONDLY.you claim to be a friend of Hunza and Gojal..and for eons those poor people have made a living selling these things. I make Income for them. When you ask for my business to be harmed you are harming my suppliers... from Karimabad, Altit, Shimshal and Gulmit. And why so? Because you favor a RAPIST who the whole valley is fed up with. And when I wrote against that rapist you ATTACKED ME and you continue to attack me AND the locals who favor me.
So basically you couldn't do a more effed up job of meddling in the affairs of a community. You attack the rest of them for one creep... congratulations!

If not, then you should tolerate positive feedbacks (what I did) and accept negative ones (what I did, too), especially if they refer to public health issues. If I was wrong saying you don't have any legal qualifications to practice medicine, just produce your diploma and avoid any personal or religious unsupported arguments and conspiracy theories against me or against my Hunza friends. Regarding Russia 🇷🇺, which is absolutely out of the scope of this review, and has nothing related to a herbal shop of Gojal, you should not produce unsupported allegations which may be detrimental to your credibility. I am published by "Russia Beyond" (been criticised for being a Russian propaganda outlet) a subsidary of RT ( Rossiya Segodnya). Salaam. I am often asked how to prepare (our) herbal teas. Here is a short and sweet guide:It is said that herbal teas are better not boiled/cooked, but infused/steeped. 😮 However, hardier tea are prepared through cooking. 👉 What is #steeping? 》Put the herb in an empty cup/kettle. A teaspoon of dry herb per cup of water is good... but go by taste. Pour hot boiling water over it. Cover and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Strain and drink. Add honey as sweetener if you like to tea which has become a little tepid. ^^ This is the optimal method to extract best taste and nutrients.... and to not destroy tea/honey. ^^ This method is used for tea that is made from flower, leaf, thin stem parts. The dry tea is like tissue paper.
