During the last two months, the average production was twice the one of the previous highest months. This productivity is ten times the one of the total period. On September 18, 2019, the surge coincided with the first stalking tweets on @bernardgrua. It did not stop, since.

Ramla Akhtar's posts typology shows how she tries to hijack causes and to federate people against her target (s)

Ramla Akhtar's posts can be divided into three equal parts: 1/3 Retweets 1/3 Tweets 1/3 Replies Main part of retweets is done with the hope of gaining followers or hijacking other causes in order to support her case while creating confusion. The typical post is a retweet of rape or of women distress covered by her own personnal tale. In November, 2019, Akhtar tried to hijack #Metoo with the goal of starting a harassment in pack. She almost got no retweets from others and no answers. She is, now, trying to get medias on her side. Akhtar replies provide a confusing figure. Numerous Akhtar's replies are "replies" to herself not to others. Frequently, she uses Twitter as a blog to developp her stalking rants, with the limit of 280 characters per post. Then, "replies" can, more or less, be considered as public monologues instead of social interactions.

Keywords and user mentions demonstrate that Ramla Akhtar uses twitter for cyberstalking

Hashtags and user mentions give an extremely rich, though biased, information. The frequency of the hashtags and user mentions from the above graph is over a period of 52 months. Nevertheless, those coming on the top (except #Pakistan) are those of the last two months. As a consequence, the cyberstalking campaign looks even more explicit with an analysis focused on the last two months.

Metoo hijacking by Ramla Akhtar

On all her tweeting period from July 22, 2015, to November 23, 2019, the hashtag #metoo is the most used by Rmala Aalam. Does it mean she is dedicated to women rights? Not at all. First mention was just on September 26, 2019. Until October 15, it was just written five times. The actual hijacking of the women cause started on the second and the third weeks of November with 33 #metoo mostly against Bernard Grua. Here, Akhtar wants to be considered herself as a victim of men violences and as an integral part of the #metoo cause. She probably tries to launch a harassment in pack.

The farce side of this tale is that Akhtar suffered no violences from the man, her former husband, and from the family, she attacks in Chapursan Valley. She can only present fake quotes or decontexted answers for a forged allegation of threats.

Xenophobia and defamation

The #Pakistan hashtag was used 19 times before September 26, 2019 (52 months) and 13 times over the last period (2 months). More important is to see the use of the word "Pakistan" without "#". It was mentioned 209 times in parallel with 81 times for "French" and 89 for "Nantes". It was used to tease xenophobia, to invoke "neocolonialism" and to pretend an anti "brown skin" orientation (own Ramla Akhtar words) against Bernard Grua, for saying his testimony is not audible because he is a foreigner.
Although Akhtar makes her case an international one. She claims she protects foreign female visitors, telling the hidden dangerous truth. She alleges male foreign visitors are part of an organised sexual conspiracy in Chapursan Valley. She falsely pretends herself being a female Traveler, while living localy, as shows her comment on the Chapursan Valley guide.
The fact that Nantes is 24 times written with "#" is for local defamation and for doxxing of the target.

Crime and paedophilia

The hashtag #pedophile, appearing 28 times, is the third used one. First time it was ever showed was on Ramla Akhtar Twitter feed of September 22, 2019 in a post mentionning Bernard Grua. In total, with or without "#", pedophile is mentioned 72 times. It works with the keywords "criminal" (52 times) and "crime" (38 times). The core accusation is: "Bernard Grua is a criminal  threatening a victim and supporting paedophilia crime".

The hijacking of childs condition gets deeper. She over-used her daughter to grant her impunity about her false accusations. She says, denying her propaganda would be life threat on her and her child. The even darker side of this person comes from testimonies about her maltreatment of her child. See: "Is Rmala Aalam guilty of maltreatment against her child?"

Religion

On her different Facebook pages Ramla Akhtar frequently invokes the name of the Almighty especially when she tries to promote her falsest allegations, in order to make them non-questionable. She also teases, there, religious fanatism against the Wakhi minority and against Westerners. Except mentioning the fact, she and her daughter would be, according to her, under life threats because of her Sunni (which is still to demonstrate) faith, her Taliban like speech cooled down on Twitter compared to Facebook. She sometimes issues ridiculous "religious" statement on Twitter but this has a low dimension in her cyber-campaign on this media. It is difficult to understand Tweets like the following one. Is it part of a strategy or is it just the expression of a sole mental disorders?

A ridiculous "religious" Tweet from Nomber 24, 2019. Provocation?

This lower place left to Religion, on Twitter, may have two causes:
1. On Twitter, she talks to a world audience, where Islamist fanatism is not well perceived.
2. She was scared about the consequences resulting from her radicalisation revelation. See: "Pakistan, extremism as a consequence of retardation or as a modernity crisis?"

The targets and the goals of Rmala Alam's cyberstalking

The most frequent mentions of users come to a total of 939. If we subtract @gruabernard and @stoptrolls3 mention, which just double @bernardgrua, the final figure is 839. Bernard Grua represents 38% of the mentions. It is the highest number of mentions produced by Ramla Akhtar over the 52 months of her Twitter account life. Bernard Grua is, then, the major cyber target of this person. The purpose is clearly harassment and defamation.

Johanna Rolland is the Nantes mayor. PoliceNat44 is the police of Nantes county. The legal authorities having the other largest number of mentions over the last two months are Nantes Metropole (48), Johanna Rolland (28), Police nationale (16) and PoliceNat44 (15). This spamming has one goal: slanderous denunciation.

Reporting Ramla Akhtar cyber-criminality at Nantes High Court, November 21, 2019

Mister Prosecutor

I, here-below undersigning, Bernard Grua, born August 12, 1962, inventory professionnal residing in Nantes, have the honor to file a complaint in your hands against Mrs. Ramla Akhtar, alias Rmala Aalam, for harassment (article 222-33-2-2 of Criminal Code), public defamation (law of July 29, 1881) and slanderous denunciation (article 226-10 of the Criminal Code), through 296 tweets issued against myself between September 18 and November 19, 2019. For the same reasons, I have the honor to file a complaint against the Twitter Company to whom I sent regular and detailed reports. Indeed, Twitter has recognized the fact that this user violates its principles of use and shows hateful behavior towards me, without making the decision to put an end to this malice by closing the account and removing the tweets....
