Stop-Trolls was created by Bernard Grua who wanted to separate his tasks of countering trolls from his regular activist, traveler and photographer blogs. Stop-Trolls is one of the few websites which actually fight back trolls and make them pay for their slandering, their threats and their harassment. In June 2019, it was extended to cyberstalkers with Pakistani Ramla Akhtar, aka Rmala Aalam, emerging from the dark web behind different false names and accounts.

Formal Demand Notice to a cyber Identity Thief and Stalker
Unable to stop the flood of malice produced by a female cyberstalker located in a kind of judiciary loophole, while based in Pakistan and attacking a target in France, I decided to shift to a reciprocity level. In other words I planned to apply, against this criminal, the same methods she repeatedly uses against her target. Legally it was important to warn the criminal of the consequences of her actions. It was critical to give her a period of time to come back to ethical practices, if she wished so. It was also mandatory to make sure she received all this information. That was the purpose of the Formal Demand Notice which was sent to her. She acknowledged reception, by casual writings on Twitter and by a clear refusal of getting back to conformity. She, then, gave an early green light for the sanctions.

Case study: how a cyberstalker launches an assault on Twitter?
The female cyberstalker based in Hussaini, Gojal, Pakistan, is involved in a Twitter assault against a lady living in Lahore. As usual, she used a Twitter ID made from the name of another target, Bernard Grua, she hijacked. https://twitter.com/GruaAbuseArkive/status/1215206561301303296. It is of importance to know that the target NEVER tweeted about her tormentor and also never answered to her. This malicious long-term misconduct deserves attention while it presents a complete presentation of the different methods used by stalkers.
